Assam Don Bosco University is a State Private University founded on March 29th 2008. The university was established through the Assam Don Bosco University Act, 2009 on 9 January 2009 and created under Assam Private Universities Act 2007 in the State of Assam, India. The university is a project of the Salesians of Don Bosco (SDB) executed by Don Bosco Society,Azara, Guwahati.
